Terms, Conditions, Returns & Medical Disclaimer
By purchasing, accessing, or using products from Silver Empress Tea Collection, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Products
Silver Empress Tea Collection offers handcrafted loose-leaf herbal tea blends made in small batches using quality ingredients. As natural products, colour, aroma, flavour, and appearance may vary slightly between batches. These natural variations do not affect the quality of the product.
2. Intended Use
Our teas are intended to be enjoyed as herbal beverages and should only be prepared and consumed according to the brewing instructions provided.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided by Silver Empress Tea Collection is for educational and general wellness purposes only and is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our products have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before consuming herbal teas if you:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- have a medical condition;
- take prescription medication;
- have known allergies or sensitivities to herbs or plants; or
- are unsure whether a product is suitable for you.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you consume them at your own discretion.
4. Allergies
Customers are responsible for reading all ingredient lists before purchasing and consuming our products.
Silver Empress Tea Collection is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities where ingredients have been clearly disclosed.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to food safety requirements, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- change of mind;
- personal taste preferences;
- opened or used products; or
- incorrect purchases made by the customer.
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs and your order number.
Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, refund, or repair where applicable.
6. Shipping
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.
Silver Empress Tea Collection is not responsible for parcels delayed by Australia Post or courier services.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and contents.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the nominated address.
7. Product Care
Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
Once opened, keep containers sealed to maintain freshness.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Empress Tea Collection shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or adverse reaction arising from:
- misuse of the product;
- failure to follow brewing or storage instructions;
- allergies or individual sensitivities;
- interactions with medication; or
- failure to seek appropriate medical advice before consumption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual Property
All Silver Empress Tea Collection branding, product names, logos, labels, photographs, written content, recipes, herbal formulations, educational material, and marketing content remain the intellectual property of Silver Empress Tea Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the ordering process will only be used to process orders, communicate with customers, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required to complete your order or by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Silver Empress Tea Collection reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

By booking or participating in any session with Silver Empress, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of Services
Silver Empress provides holistic counselling, Shadow Decoding, intuitive guidance, psychic and tarot readings, energy healing, ancestral and generational pattern work, cord cutting, energetic clearing, and related spiritual wellbeing services.
These services are intended to support personal insight, self-reflection, emotional awareness, and spiritual growth.
2. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer
Silver Empress services are complementary wellness services and are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.|
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or require professional healthcare, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
3. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from information provided during a session remain entirely your own responsibility.
Silver Empress cannot guarantee specific outcomes, life changes, predictions, or results.
4. Intuitive & Spiritual Services
Psychic readings, tarot readings, intuitive guidance, and energy work are based on spiritual and intuitive practices.
These services should be viewed as guidance only and should never replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other qualified advice.
5. Confidentiality
Your personal information and the content of your sessions will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or another person.
6. Bookings & Payment
Full payment, or any required deposit, is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received.
7. Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or failure to attend may result in the session fee being forfeited.
Silver Empress reserves the right to make exceptions in genuine emergencies.
8. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to respect other clients.
Late arrival does not entitle you to additional time or a partial refund.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the time, preparation, and energetic commitment involved, refunds are generally not available once a service has been provided.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Suitability of Services
Silver Empress reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if it is considered inappropriate, outside the practitioner's scope of practice, or where the safety or wellbeing of either party may be affected.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Empress accepts no liability for decisions, actions, losses, damages, injuries, or outcomes arising from participation in any session or from the application of information provided.
Clients acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Intellectual Property
All session materials, teachings, written reports, exercises, recordings (where provided), branding, programs, names, logos, and content remain the intellectual property of Silver Empress and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or sold without prior written permission.
13. Changes to These Terms
Silver Empress reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.
